The “1470 House” is being cleared and prepped for sale, although house repairs are not in full sway yet. My last two weeks have been spent inspecting tenant damage, meeting the sales team and repairs coordinator, viewing estimates, removing the last of my own house and garden accoutrements left for my tenant to use, and most importantly…keeping the garden trimmed and watered for its upcoming “show”.
